Du hosts executive meeting for promoting culture service

 Rednet (Changsha): On the afternoon of July 14, Du Jiahao, deputy secretary of Hunan provincial committee of CPC and Governor of Hunan Province, hosted an executive meeting for speeding up the construction of public cultural service system, for preventing drug abuse and for approval of Draft Principles on the Construction and Planning of Kindergartens, Elementary and Middle Schools in Hunan Province.

In the meeting, officials reviewed the Suggestions on Accelerating the Construction of Modern Public Cultural Service System and the Standards of Basic Public Cultural Services of Hunan Province. It was stressed that the innovative should be promoted and that the constructions of art galleries, museums, libraries, science museums and other cultural facilities should be vigorously promoted with more modern facilities as satellite systems and other projects with standardization. The work should be highlighted by the problem-oriented and demand-driven issues with the basic cultural infrastructures, in order to let people benefit from the in-depth implementations of cultural projects.
