　　Rednet (Changsha): The 13th plenary of the 10th session of Hunan Provincial Committee of CPC was held in Changsha City, Hunan Province, on July 20. Officials listened and discussed the report on the work of Hunan provincial Committee of CPC, and they reviewed the Draft on the Decisions of Implicating Accurate Poverty Eradication for Promoting the Work of Poverty Eradication by the Reference of CPC Hunan Provincial Committee (abbreviated as the Decision), the work on focusing on planning the economic work in the second half of 2015 and the deployment of accurate poverty eradication. On behalf of Hunan provincial Standing Committee, Xu shousheng , secretary of Hunan provincial Committee of CPC and director of the Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress, delivered the report of work and a speech in the meeting.

      Sun Jinlong, deputy secretary of Hunan provincial Committee of CPC, indicates the Draft of Draft on the Decisions in the plenary. Officials attended the meeting including Hu Biao, Huang Jianguo, Li Weiwei, Guo Kailang, Chen Zhaoxiong, Xu Yousheng, Han Yongwen, Sun Jianguo, Yi Lianhong, Li Jiang, Ma Biqiang, Yu laishan at el.

      According to the plenary, Hunan provincial Committee of CPC required that the prominent tusk of governmental work is maintaining the steady economic growth of Hunan, by means of deepening reform, innovations, improvement of people’s livelihood and with policies supports, for achieving stable and healthy economic growth and healthy social developments in order to reach the annual targets of 2015.

      Plenary stressed that the departments at all levels in Hunan province should put thought and action into the implementation of accurate poverty eradication with precise realizing the deployments and requirements from The Communist Party of China.

     According to the Decisions, 5.96 million of populations and 51 counties in Hunan province will be out of poverty by year 2020. The infrastructures and basic public services of poor counties should be promoted to the average level of Hunan province. Farmers ’ per-capita disposable income in 51 priority counties of poverty alleviation should be raised to 8,000 Yuan by 2017, and 10,000 Yuan by 2020.
