     Rednet (Changsha):The 17th plenary of the 12th session of Standing Committee of Hunan PC was held in Changsha, July 21. Five reports of work, five drafts of local regulations, one draft of decisions and personnel appointments were reviewed in the meeting. Xu shousheng , secretary of Hunan provincial Committee of CPC and director of the Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress, presented in the meeting.

     Yu Laishan, deputy secretary of Hunan Provincial Committee of CPC, hosted the first meeting of the plenary of Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, by the company of Xie Yong, Liu lianyu, Xu Minghua, Jiang Zuobin, Chen Junwen and Peng Xianfa. Other officials also attended the meeting including Chen zhaoxiong (executive deputy governor of Hunan Province and member of the Committee of provincial CPC), Kang Weimin (president of provincial higher people’s Court) and Kang Weimin ( Procurator-General of Hunan provincial People’s Procuratorate ).

     Xie Jianhui, director of Hunan Development and Reform Committee, made the report on the national economy and social development in the first half of 2015, on behalf of Hunan government. She reported the implementation of the plans of the first half of 2015, the estimation of the economic tendencies and the major measures of Hunan’s economic work in the next half of 2015.

     The reports on Hunan Provincial Final Accounts in 2015 and the Implementation of the Budget in the first half of 2015 were delivered by Zheng Jianxin, director of Finance Department of Hunan. He reported the financial situation and budget performance of Hunan province in the first half of 2015.
