Anti-Ebola Medical Workers Commended

　　Hunan Review Meeting of Anti-Ebola Assistance to Sierra Leone was held in Changsha on July 23, during which six institutions sending medical teams such as Xiangya Hospital Central South University and 55 medical workers inlcuding Qiu Yuanzheng were commended. Li Youzhi, vice governor of Hunan Province, greeted all the members of medical teams.

　　On the same day, the 5th China (Hunan) Anti-Ebola Medical Assistance Team to Sierra Leone completed their 21-day intensive medical inspection, and their safe return marked that they had realized the goal of "zero infection".

　　Since the breakout of Ebola in West Africa, Hunan has sent three experts to join the first Chinese medical assistance team and one to join the 4th Chinese medical team of public health training. Hunan has also provided medical assistance to Sierra Leone throughout the year. The 16th regular medical team of Hunan sent by Yueyang City has made great contributions to the fight against Ebola in Sierra Leone.
