Xu: to serve public fair and square with selfless work

     Rednet (Changsha): Xu Shousheng, secretary of Hunan provincial committee of CPC and director of the Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress, visited Hunan Provincial Higher People’s Court for investigation and research along with Li Weiwei ,Xu Yousheng and other officials on September 14. 

     During the investigation, Xu expected the judges in Hunan province to serve the public fair and square with selfless work. 

     He stressed that courts at all levels in Hunan province should focus on "Four Comprehensives" strategy to fulfill their duty with loyalty to achieve "five adherence" as following: to always adhere to Communist Party’s leadership; to always adhere to the guarantees and serve the overall situation; to always adhere to strict and fair justice for the people and to promote social equity and justice; to always adhere to the oriented problem and steadily promoting the reform of judicial; to always adhere to strict management on creating excellent judicial personnel work. 

     Xu also requested that the officials of provincial party committees and Governments at all levels, especially leading cadres, should take the lead in respecting law with firm beliefs on Rule of Law, by warmly supporting on the work of courts and procuratorial organs, in order to promote the upgrades of Rule of Law in Hunan.
