Officials and cadres reviewed six reports on government’s work and eight local regulations and two draft decisions about personnel appointment, which include the report on the Law of Controlling Water Pollution of People’s Republic of China , Hunan government’s report on State-owned Assets Operation and Management situation, the report on Hunan Rural Financial Reform Situation, the report on representatives’ suggestions and proposals from Hunan People’s Congress and their feed-backs; the descriptions for the procedure of Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress, the description of the poverty eradication for Hunan’s rural development, the description of legal service for Hunan’s grass-roots level, the description of the Planning on Hunan’s elementary and middle schools kindergarten, the report on the rules for Hunan’s science, cultural and medical service, etc.
