Changsha Binjiang Cultural Park to Open to the Public

　　Photo taken on Dec. 6 shows citizens are visiting Changsha Binjiang Cultural Park. The park is designed to be an arts center of Changsha and a paradise for the people. The Changsha Planning Exhibition Hall and New Changsha Municipal Library in the park has attracted many visitors every day since the opening day. The Changsha Concert Hall and New Changsha Municipal Museum is scheduled to open to the public on Dec. 28 upon completion.
