　　Children are reading in a Free Reading Bar at the Youth Center of Yongxing County on the afternoon of August 8, 2016.

In recent years, Yongxing has built over 600 reading bars in residential communities, rural areas, schools, public institutions, and enterprises, which are open to citizens free of charge.
