达尔纪市独吉公园召集的留法学生全法会议上作了关于拯救中国、拯救世界的专题演讲，提出建立一个新民主主义政党的主张，这可以被认为是启发新中国思想的历史里程碑。

The monument in Durzy Park says that Cai Hesen and Xiang Jingyu made a speech in the Meeting of Chinese students Abroad in France, in Durzy Park, from July 6 to July 10, 1920, on the theme of rescuing China and the world. Their proposal of establishing a new democratic party was considered as the milestone of enlightenment of new thoughts of China.
