Rednet (Changsha): On the morning of September 29, Hunan Changsha Huanghua Comprehensive Bonded Zone officially starts construction and is expected to pass joint acceptance and put into operation prior to May 31, 2017. This is Hunan’s first comprehensive bonded zone under construction based on air harbour development, which marks the new development opportunity of Hunan airport economy.
