Sanjiatian Village:funds benefit village water supply

　　三家田村四面环山，村民们祖祖辈辈都是靠引山泉水或者井水来解决日常饮水问题。

　　Surrounded by mountains, the residents of Sanjiatian Village had depended on limited spring water or wells for generations years ago.

　　省水利厅扶贫工作队自2015年4月8日进驻这片革命老区以来，帮助村民改善基础设施、挖掘特色产业、成立扶贫基金等，村里的变化，村民们看得见、摸得着、用得上。用彭德成的话说，“我们村百年不敢想的事情，他们都跟我们解决了。”

　　The dramatic changes have been made in constructing infrastructure, fostering featured industries and establishing poverty-alleviation funds. Peng Decheng  a villager said, "in decades ago, we dare not imagine the big changes," since the work team of poverty alleviation by Hunan Provincial Water Resources Bureau had entered Sanjiatian Village on April 8 of 2015.

　　据统计，2014年，三家田村有贫困户273户，贫困人口1014人，贫困人口人均可支配收入为1985元。截至2016年8月，在扶贫队的帮助下，全村仅剩贫困人口15户55人，脱贫率达到94.45%，脱贫人员的人均可支配收入为3188元。预计2017年，全村可实现脱贫。

　　According to statistics, the per capita of disposable income was 1985 Yuanin 2014 of 1014 persons from 273 poor families of Sanjiatian Village. Under the help of the work team, the poverty population reduced to 55 persons from 15 families, at the poverty alleviation rate of 94.45%, and the disposable income of per capita raised to 3188 Yuan until August 2016. It is estimated that the poverty alleviation of Sanjiatian Village should be can be achieved by 2017.
