Jingzhi Village: “accelerators” for precise poverty alleviation

　　荆枝村山多路窄，山上5个村组没通路进不了车，村民所需的农资建材、家具电器甚至饮水，都靠驮马运上来。

　　Jingzhi Village used to have muddy mountain roads, and no automobiles could access the five groups of the village in the mountains. Agricultural materials, furniture and appliances and even drinking water that the villagers needed had to be carried to their homes by mules.

　　在湖南省纪委、省监察厅驻隆回县桃洪镇荆枝村扶贫工作队的带领下，荆枝村的一切仿佛按下了“加速键”：上山道路逐渐拉通，“慢悠悠的马帮”即将成为历史；村里打了机井建了泵房通上自来水，不必再花半小时挑担水，回家等澄清了才能喝；更不用说适合干旱山地的玉竹、火红橘等耐旱种植正在全村加速推开…… 村里这一年来的变化，大过了以往赶马的十几年。

　　Under the aids of the work team of poverty alleviation of Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Hunan Provincial Supervision Department, Jingzhi Village had great changes due to the “accelerators” of precise poverty alleviation : new roads had been built instead of mountain roads of mules transporting; clear tap water entered the families of villagers; fresh bamboo and red orange growing were promoted for their productive features in drought mountains. Within a year, dramatic changes have been made more than that of past ten years.
