Tangtouping village: out of poverty

　湖南省江华瑶族自治县是国家扶贫开发工作重点县，这里是民族地区、革命老区。距离县城10公里的沱江镇塘头坪村，是名副其实的贫困村。

　　Jianghua Yao autonomous County, Hunan province, is a national key poverty-alleviation county, an area of ethnic groups residence and a revolutionary base. Ten kilometers from the county, Tangtouping of Tuojiang Town was a village of poverty years ago.

　　2014年，塘头坪村全村人均年纯收入仅2310元；到了2015年，人均年纯收入达到了3800元。该村2014年脱贫10户38人，2015年整村完成脱贫，村小学、村综合大楼等基础设施也得到了改善更新。

　　In 2014, per capita annual income of the villages was 2310 Yuan; by the year 2015, the per capita annual income reached to 3800 Yuan. 38 persons from 10 families were out of poverty in the village by 2014; the entire village completed the work poverty alleviation by 2015.Village infrastructure have been improved including village primary school and village service buildings.

　　2015年4月，湖南省委宣传部帮扶工作队进驻塘头坪村，精准识贫，精准扶贫，帮助村民既富“口袋”，又富“脑袋”。

　　In April 2015, the propaganda department of Hunan Provincial Committee started their work of precise poverty alleviation in Tangtouping Village with practical work of promoting education and industrial aids.
