    “悬崖上的苗寨”——让烈村，化劣势为优势，因地制宜发展高山产业，高山上建起了农业产业园，高山烟叶、高山中药材、高山蔬菜水果、高山牧场等脱贫产业在这里落地，生根，造血。

　　Ranglie village, a Miao village on the cliff, turns its disadvantages into advantages to develop industries along high mountains. An agricultural industry park has been completed on the high mountain where a series of poverty-relief industries have been settled and flourished such as tobacco, traditional chinese medicinal materials, vegetables and fruit, alpine pasture, etc.

　　“去年，38户贫困户实现脱贫致富，今年年底，村上仅剩的41户贫困户也将脱贫。2016年，我们让烈村率先实现贫困户全部脱贫；2017年，我们让烈村便能成功实现贫困村摘帽！”湖南省委组织部驻让烈村帮扶工作队队长宋敏早已习惯性地称呼“我们让烈村”。

　　“Last year, 38 poverty-striken families cast off poverty to get rich; at the end of 2016, the only 41 poverty-striken families in Ranglie village will get rid of povety soon. In 2016, we let Ranglie village take the lead in poverty alleviation. In 2017, we let Ranglie village throw off poverty thoroughly.” says the poverty-relief team leader Song Min of the Organization Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee.
