　　脱贫的春风来了，2015年4月14日，湖南省委政研室（省委改革办）驻芷江县五郎溪村工作队进驻，一年多时间来，这个村子在基层党建、产业发展、基础设施、思想转变等方面发生了翻天覆地的变化。

　　万事开头难，慢慢地老百姓觉得抓党建还是有明显效果，特别是能够解决思想观念、民主决策、团结干事等问题。扶贫工作队来后，五郎溪村500多亩荒田被重新开发利用，陆续发展蓝莓、黄桃、金银花、杨梅、养蜂等多种产业，产业发展落实到人。基础设施是战略支撑，一进五郎溪村就能感受到的明显变化是村里文化广场的修建。
