180 Thousand Birds Overwinter in Dongting Lake

A large group of white spoonbills are seen inhabiting on White Lake waters, East Dongting Lake, Yueyang City. There are a total of 180 thousand birds belonging to 54 species overwintering here this year, according to the synchronized investigation data on Dongting Lake wintering waterbirds released on January 17, 2017.
