On the noon of January 16, 2017, delegate Yu Jianchun (2nd L) and her group members exercise on fitness equipment in a Changsha community near their hotel.

　　During the two sessions, she proposed to concern more about public exercise. According to her, there are only one stadium which still not officially put into use, and less than 30 small community exercise gardens in her hometown, Qiyang County. She said it is too difficult for local residents to find fitness venues. Therefore she expected relevant governmental departments pay attention to more construction of sports stadiums and small community gardens in county-level cities to meet the demands of the people.
