　　Rednet (Changsha): On the afternoon of February 18, Hunan poverty relief and development working conference was convened in Changsha. Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Governor of Hunan Province Xu Dazhe, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Wu Lan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Hunan Province Xie Yong, Vice-governor Dai Daojin and Yang Guangyong attended the meeting.

　　Xu Dazhe emphasizes that, the year 2017 is the crutial year of in-depth advancement of poverty alleviation. Governmental departments at all levels shall study deeply and carry out General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important strategic thought of poverty relief and development to realize the annual goal of relieve poverty of 1.1 million rurual poverty population, 2,500 poverty villages, 10 poverty counties, and about 45,0000 poverty population losing labor ability. Hunan province shall highlight key poverty relief works in industries, education, health, anti-poverty by relocating in other places, poverty village upgrading project, etc. to let the poor masses have more sense of gain and happiness.

　　许达哲强调，2017年是脱贫攻坚向纵深推进的关键一年,要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记扶贫开发重要战略思想。各级各部门要围绕实现110万农村贫困人口脱贫、2500个贫困村脱贫出列、10个以上贫困县脱贫摘帽，兜底保障45万左右丧失劳动能力贫困人口的年度目标，突出抓好产业扶贫、教育扶贫、健康扶贫、易地扶贫搬迁、兜底保障脱贫、贫困村提升工程等各项重点工作，让贫困群众拥有更多的获得感、幸福感。
