Xu Dazhe: Explore Complementary Advantages of Hunan and Guangdong Industries

　　湖南日报2月25日讯（记者 冒蕞）2月23日至25日，省委副书记、省长许达哲率队前往广东省，考察调研了华为技术有限公司、中兴通讯股份有限公司、比亚迪股份有限公司、中国旅游集团公司、广汽集团股份有限公司等8家在湘投资企业。调研期间，中央政治局委员、广东省委书记胡春华，广东省委副书记、省长马兴瑞在广州会见了许达哲一行。

　　According to Hunan Daily news, during February 23th-25th, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Governor of Hunan Province Xu Dazhe led the delegation to visit Guangdong province and investigate eight companies with investment in Hunan, including Huawei Technology Co., Ltd., ZTE Corporation, BYD Company Limited, China Tourism Group, Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. Hu Chunhua, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, and Ma Xingrui, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and Governor of Guangdong Province received Hunan delegation headed by Xu Dazhe.

　　许达哲率队赴广东考察调研在湘投资企业时强调，要积极发掘湘粤产业互补优势，深化务实合作实现互利共赢：帮助广大在湘企业解决发展难题，围绕企业在湘重点项目布局配套产业，延伸优势产业链条。要立足长株潭自主创新示范区、长株潭“中国制造2025”试点示范城市群等国家级平台，积极发掘湘粤两省在产业、技术、资本、管理等方面的互补优势，找准发展契合点，务实深化合作、实现互利共赢。要完善协商机制，全方位推进湘粤合作，加强在泛珠“9+2”合作、产业对接、省际“断头路”贯通、旅游线路共建、劳务输出、扶贫等方面的协同配合。

　　During the investigation in Guangdong, Xu Dazhe emphasized to actively explore complementary advantages of Hunan and Guangdong industries and deepen practical cooperation for win-win benefits. Hunan governments will help Guangdong enterprises with investment in Huan to solve problems in the development process, to deploy key projects and supporting industries, and to extend advantageous industry chains in Hunan. Hunan enterprises such as national-level platforms of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Independent Innovation Demonstration Area, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan China Manufacturing 2025 Pilot Demonstration City Cluster, etc. shall actively strengthen complementary advantages of Hunan and Guangdong provinces in industry, technology, funds and management, etc., and promote cooperation in pan-Pearl River delta “9+2”, industrial connection, inter-provincial road construction, tourism route building, export of labor services, poverty relief, etc.
