　　Rednet (Changsha): The meeting for the implementation of river system reform in Hunan province aslo named as the meeting of water conservancy development was held in Changsha, on February 26. Xu Dazhe, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Governor of Hunan Province, attended the meeting and made a speech. He stressed that it is vital to carry out the important strategy of President Xi's on flood control and water conservancy developments by the follow-up to the spirit on the 11th Party Congress of Hunan Province and the "Two Sessions" of Hunan Province with promoting the reform of water conservancy development, effective enhancement of the full implementation of the river system reform, and improvement of water safety in rural areas and infrastructure work, to provide strong protection of water resources for Hunan's economic and social development.
