　　At 15:00, March 3, the fifth session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee is convened in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

　　Rednet (Beijing): At 15:00 March 3,the fifth session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee is convened in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. More than 20 members of the CPPCC National Committee of Hunan province attend the session.

　　今年，围绕助力“创新引领、开放崛起”的战略，住湘全国政协委员将重点聚焦知识产权保护、长株潭城市群建设“国家动力产业集聚区”、建设湖南临空经济示范区、湖南如何融入“一带一部”战略等问题，寻找国家战略与新湖南建设的契合点。

　　Centering on the “innovative leading and open rising strategy”,members of the CPPCC National Committee of Hunan province will focus on the following issues: intellectual property protection, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster to be constructed as “National Power Industrial Agglomeration”, the building of Hunan Air-transportation related Economic Demonstration Zone, how to integrate into the “One Belt & One Region” strategy (One Belt refers to the transitional belt of eastern coastal regions and central western regions; One Region refers to the joint region of the Yangtze River open economic belt and the coastal open economic belt.) for Hunan, and seeking theintegrating points between national strategies and construction of new Hunan.
