Hunan Delegation reviews government work report

Hunan Delegation holds the second plenary for reviewing the report on the work of government in the 12th session of National People's Congress, on March 5,Beijing.

　　Rednet (Beijing): Hunan Delegation held the second plenary for reviewing the report on the work of government in the 12th session of National People's Congress, on March 5,Beijing. Zhang ping, viece chairman of the NPC,participated in the meeting.

　　The meeting was hosted by Du Jiahao, Chairman head of Hunan delegation. Chen Zhenggao, Minister of housing and urban-rural development, attended the meeting for listening the suggestions along with other cadres from General Office of the State Council, National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance.

　　Zhang Ping said that Prime Minister Li's report on the work of government is encouraging and inspiring, we absolutely agree the points in the reports. Last year, China successfully completed the annual main target which make the year of 2016 the good starting of"13th Five-year plan" under the leadership of President Xi and State Council, for achieving the stability in the seeking into work total tone of economic development, by implementing the new development concept of "new normal", by advancing structural reform of supply-front as the mainline of reform.

　　Du Jiahao said that Prime Minister Li's report on the work of government is a good report of economic development of "new normal", and it reflect the new changes of China economic social development, and we absolutely agree the points in the reports. Last year, Hunan firmly implement the deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council by advancing structural reform of supply-front, by improving the livelihood work, by promoting agricultural modern. Hunan successfully was access the major strategic projects of " Made in China 2025" such as the pilot urban agglomeration of "Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan". Hunan has significant innovations and better economic social development with social stability. Du made four recommendations to the NPC: First, Hunan province shall be listed of national ecological civilization test area; second, regional policy should be enhanced as a whole; third,fiscal policies should be reflected the concept of shared development; fourth, structural reform of supply-front in agriculture should be put in a more prominent position.
