Hunan’s First Community Based “Shared Library” Put into Service

Hunan’s first community based “Shared Library” opened to the public in Kaifu District, Changsha on March 6, 2017. The books in the “Shared Library”, made up of a wooden box were donated by community residents. Readers are supposed to donate one book for sharing when taking one to read.
