　　湖南日报4月4日讯(记者 贺佳)今天是清明小长假最后一天，全省各地将迎来返程高峰

　　。上午，省委书记、省人大常委会主任杜家毫来到省高速公路管理局，检查调度道路交通安全保畅工作，看望慰问节日期间坚守岗位的干部职工。他强调，要主动拥抱科技，不断提升法治水平，进一步加强新形势下道路交通管理，依靠管理转观念、促改革、出效益，为人民群众创造更加安全、顺畅的道路交通环境。

Du Jiahao, Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Director of Hunan Provincial NPC Standing Committee,investiaged the work of road traffic safety at Hunan Highway Administration, April 4, and he also visited the workers who were working during the holidays. Du stressed that the work of the road traffic management should be strengthened in the new situation, by initiative and new technology, by the rule of law, in order to create safer and smoother traffic environment for the people by relying on the concept of management, promoting reform, benefiting people.

　　在省高速公路监控指挥中心，杜家毫一行通过湖南高速综合管理平台，远程调取京港澳、沪昆、长益等高速公路重点路段实时监控视频，查看道路通行情况。了解到返程高峰将从下午3时一直持续到晚上10时左右，杜家毫现场与交通运输、公安交警等部门负责人探讨重点路段交通应急预案和车辆分流措施等。他说，信息化是解决道路交通拥堵问题最有效的手段。要主动拥抱科技，来个数据头脑风暴，进一步整合道路交通信息资源，将道路交通指挥系统与驾驶员出行需求更好地结合起来，针对可能出现的返程拥堵，提前介入，充分发挥各类媒体、导航软件的信息引导作用，提高交通出行的精准度，以及各类道路的利用率，最大限度地保证道路畅通。要充分发挥道路监控系统的威慑作用，对各类交通违法行为特别是超限超载车辆主动出击、精确打击、高效管控，努力营造不敢超、不能超、不想超的社会氛围。

　　In the monitoring and commanding center of Hunan Highway Administration, Du Jiahao and his companies checked the road conditions ofBeijing-Hong Kong-Macao expressway , Shanghai-Kunming expressway, Changsha-Yiyang expressway and other sections of the key roads, through Hunan integrated platform of high-speed remote monitors. Learning of return peak would lasted from 3 pm to about 10 pm, Du discussed the key plans and the measures for distributed vehicles with the head of traffic police and other departments. He said that information technology is the most effective way to solve the traffic problem.

　　Embracing technology and brainstorms,the work of the traffic management should be done by the smooth and efficient with early intervention on the base of further integration of road traffic information, on combining with the travelers' demands, by the full play of mass media information and navigation software to improve the accuracy of traffic conditions and to ensure maximum access.
