　　明斯克时间4月13日上午，湖南省委书记、省人大常委会主任杜家毫一行在明斯克总统府受到白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科的接见。

　　On the morning of April 13 (Minsk time), Hunan delegation headed by Du Jiahao (Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress ) were received by President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus at the Office of the President in Minsk.

　　杜家毫感谢总统先生的亲切接见。他说，近年来，湖南开通了欧洲航线、湘欧快线，与欧洲的交往更加密切，希望双方在“一带一路”战略框架下，立足已有合作基础，不断深化与莫吉廖夫州的友好省州关系，进一步加强与白俄罗斯在工程机械、轨道交通、住宅工业化、文化、教育等方面的交流合作，结出更加丰硕的成果。

　　On behalf of Hunan delegation, Du Jiahao expressed his gratitude to President Lukashenko’s warm reception. He stated that, Hunan province expected to, based on current cooperation, continually deepened the friendly cooperative relationship with Mogilev Region of Belarus and further exchange with Belarus in mechanical machinery, rail transit, housing industrialization, culture, education, etc. under the strategic frame of “The Belt and Road”.

　　卢卡申科欢迎杜家毫率团访问白俄罗斯。他说，去年，莫吉廖夫州与湖南省达成友好省州关系意向，中联重科在中白工业园的项目建设进展顺利，为两地合作奠定了重要基础。白俄罗斯将以中白工业园项目为抓手，进一步加强与湖南在文化、教育、食品等各领域的合作。

　　Lukashenko really welcomed Hunan delegation headed by Du Jiahao. He pointed out that, Mogilev Region of Belarus had established the friendly cooperative relationship with Hunan Province, China since last year. Zoomlion Heavy Industry also had smoothly advanced the construction of Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park projects. These laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between Belarus and Hunan, China.
