Martyr Hometown Gets Brand New Look

The photo taken on May 3, 2017 shows well-distributed cottages, farmlands, and rivers after renovation in Guitou Village, Meihua Town, Daoxian County.

　　The village is the hometown of Chinese revolutionary pioneer He Baozhen. The county has invested 23 million yuan to renovate cottages, roads, and public facilities since last August. Now the village is getting a brand new look with 165 deserted houses demolished, 136 cottages and 70 toilets renovated, 1700 meters of roads rebuilt, 85 road lights installed, and 330 trees planted.
