Vice Governor Yang Guangrong Meets with Madagascan Guests

　　Hunan Vice Governor Yang Guangrong met with a Madagascar Alaotra-Mangoro Region delegation on June 6, 2017.

　　Vice Governor Yang welcomed the guests and briefed on Hunan’s conditions. He said, “Hunan is an agricultural power. Both sides enjoy sound cooperation in agriculture and fishery.” He stated, “Hunan government encourages its enterprises to invest and develop in Madagascar. We expect you to offer favorable environment for them, so that both sides may further communication and collaboration in economy and trade, as well as tourism.” “We will be good partners and friends in the future.” He believed.

　　Alaotra-Mangoro Region head remarked that agricultural exchange and cooperation have been enhanced between the two sides. He expected the mutual collaboration can be extended to agricultural advancement and environmental protection to achieve win-win results.

　　Officials on behalf of both sides signed a letter of intent to establish a sister province relationship after the meeting.
