　　Vice Governor He briefed on Hunan’s situation, adding that foreign enterprises and personnel are welcome to invest in and cooperate with Hunan, and local companies and personnel encouraged to "go global" to compete internationally. He said, "At present, Hunan is actively responding to the ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative, and striving to collaborate and achieve win-win relationships with countries and regions along the route, especially the Central Asian countries." "Hunan and Turkmenistan are highly complementary in economy and enjoy great potential for cooperation.
