11月16日，湖南妙盛出行科技有限公司（以下简称“妙盛出行”）举行新闻发布会宣布，10月31日该公司获得《网络预约出租汽车经营许可证》，这标志着湖南省本土企业的第一张网约车牌照正式诞生。

　　On November 16, Hunan Miaosheng Travel Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Miaosheng Travel) announced at the press conference that, they had acquired the Business License of Online Car Hailing on October 31. This marks the first online car hailing service license of the Hunan local enterprise.

“妙盛出行”前期拟投放湖南市场数千辆新能源汽车，年底“妙盛出行”网约车有望上路。
