Four Hunan Counties Included in 2017 County-level Economy and Development Monitoring and Evaluation Report

　　The 2017 County-level Economy and Development Monitoring and Evaluation Report was released on December 16, 2017. Changsha County ranked 6th nationwide this time, risen one place since last year and, selected as the only one included in Top 10 of the central and western China. The other Hunan counties among the Top 100 list were Liuyang, Ningxiang, and Liling, ranking 16th, 31st, and 76th respectively.

　　The report was announced by the Institute of County Economy, a national county-level economy and development research authority and social think tank. Changsha County was the only one among the Top 6 that boasts all A+ in terms of the growth rates of economy, investment, and consumption.

　　In 2017, the first 10 months gross industrial output value of Changsha County was 241.58 billion CNY, up 11.4% over the same period last year. The investment in fixed assets was 90.25 billion CNY, up 16.7%, and the total financial revenue 23.38 billion CNY, an increase of 20.5% year on year. Its vehicle production capacity surpassed more than 1 million, with an output value exceeding 100 billion CNY for the first time.
