Spring Festival is one of the most important, lively and the oldest traditional Chinese festivals, commonly known as "Chinese New Year." After more than four thousand years of inheritance and development, this festival has become more than a feast of material civilization, but also a sublimation of national sentiment.

 再过十多天，我们将迎来狗年春节。这些天，湖南普降大雪，气温骤降，但冰雪抹不去人们的浓浓情怀。无论是寂静古村，还是繁华都市，到处可见种种带有年味的符号。全省人民筹备年货的热情高涨，各地年货市场一片火爆，产品丰富，物价稳定。

　　1月29日，“湖湘风华·湖南文化创意展”开幕式暨2018年全球“欢乐春节”系列活动启动仪式在西班牙马德里中国文化中心举行。中国文化部部长雒树刚、西班牙教文体部大臣伊尼戈·门德斯·德·维戈、中国驻西班牙大使吕凡，以及湖南省文化厅副厅长鄢福初等出席活动。

　　2018年1月25日至2月10日，张家界魅力湘西艺术团赴俄罗斯、乌克兰、白俄罗斯等国开展“欢乐春节”交流演出。这是该团第四次代表国家文化部走出国门进行文化交流展演活动。
