Governor Xu Dazhe Inspects Huaihua City

Hunan Governor Xu Dazhe had a discussion with the major responsible government department heads of Huaihua City on November 15, 2018. He listened to the work reports on fighting the “three tough battles” of financial risk, targeted poverty alleviation, and pollution control, and how to solve the prominent problems of letters and visits.

　　On November 14 and 15, Governor Xu went to Huaihua City to supervise remediation work pointed out by the Fourth Central Environmental Protection Supervision Team, and the letters and visits of the masses.

　　He emphasized that it was necessary to establish rules, specify requirements, and impose bans to ensure that the remediation issues are accomplished, and that of the letters and visits handled. Efforts should be made to strengthen regional administration, departmental governance, and enterprise entity responsibilities for pollution control, to guarantee the successful completion of the annual target tasks, he added.

On November 14, Xu Dazhe took on-site supervision on environmental problems treatment of the Hunan Hanhua Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. in the Hongjiang District Industrial Park.

Governor Xu inspected the Jiufeng Modern Agriculture Park Project in the Tuoyuan Neighborhood, Hecheng District on November 14.
