Fried up: Chili pork bonanza in Central China

  Chefs in cook the wolrd's largest of stir-fried chilli pork on Saturday, with 500 kg fresh pork, 500 kg green chilis, and hundreds of kilograms of spices such as garlic, oil, salt. In total, it was 1,250 kg ingredients that were cooked in Changsha, in Central China's Hunan province. The event was promoted by a restaurant that aims to promote Hunan cuisine.
