A “Fairy maiden of peach flower”

　  又是一年春草绿，今年桃花别样红。 永州新田县“花开新田，最美硒乡”主题游园活动开启。活动中，特别招募而来的“桃花仙子”成为亮点。

　  Grass grow green again in a new spring, it seems that this year's peach flowers are lovelier than ever.  A “Fairy maiden of peach flower” has been a shining star who attracts most tourists’ sights in the opening ceremony of “flower blossoms in Xintian, the most beautiful home of selenium ”, a tourism activity, in Xintian county, Yongzhou city of Hunan.

　　淅淅沥沥的小雨下个不停，这更增添了春的味道。省森林植物园内成片的樱花在雨中盛开，“春之歌”系列花展步入佳境，仅3月29一天就有2.5万人进园观赏樱花，感受长沙春季花园的魅力。

     十指尖尖采茶忙

     今年春季温度适中，雨量充沛，使得春茶芽叶肥硕，色泽翠绿。活动现场，美丽的采茶妹当众演示茶艺，纤纤素手与绿茶、红茶、黑茶交相辉映，赏心悦目。

     Tea-leaves of this spring have large tea bud and the pure color of green due to the moderate temperature and sufficient rainfall. In a garden of growing tea trees, a beautiful tea girl shows tea art which is a joyful scenic for tourists seeing delicate hands picking up fresh green tea, red tea and black tea. [Full picture]

     君山银针的采摘和制作都有严格要求，每年只能在“清明”前后七天到十天采摘，采摘标准为春茶的首轮嫩芽。过去都是从茶园采回一芽二叶通过拣尖制成的君山银针。通过经验的总结，改良为直接从茶园拣选芽头，废除了先采摘再拣尖的复杂手续。为防止擦伤芽头和茸毛，盛茶篮内衬白布。明前三天和明后十天是采制银针的最好时节。芽头要求标准长25-30毫米，宽3-4毫米，芽蒂长2毫米。芽头包含3-4片叶子，肥壮重实。君山银针有九不采，即：雨天不采，风霜不采，开口不采，发紫不采，空心不采，弯曲不采，虫伤不采，细瘦不采，不合尺寸不采

     Silver-needle Tea in Jun Mountain is picked and manufactured with strict requirements that only the first round of Spring tea buds can be picked during the 7-10 days around April 5.

     Through summing up the experience of pick silver needle tea, people picked the tea buds directly from the tea garden, instead of the complicate procedure of choosing after picking. The tea basket with the white textile could avoid the injury of tea buds, which were under the standard of 25-30mm long, 3-4mm broad with a 2mm bud pedicle and 3-4 large leaves. There are “9 No Pickings” of silver needle tea in Jun Mountain: no picking in rain, in wind and frost, with breach, purple, hollow heart, bend, insect injury, thinness, and wrong size.  [Full picture]
