Changsha County Attracts 10Bln Investment to Facilitate Project Construction

On Aug. 12, Changsha County officially signed contracts with China Railway Group Limited and China Minsheng Bank about the construction and the comprehensive development of Changsha Airport City PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) Project. It was estimated to take 8 years to jointly develop and construct the 10 square kilometers core area of the Airport City in the first phase. On that day, Changsha County also signed an agreement with China State Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. on the PPP Project of expanding the county and improving its infrastructure. These two PPP cooperation projects represented an investment of almost 10 billion Yuan, which would facilitate the establishment of an open economy highland in the east Changsha County and the building of a strong, vigorous, high-quality and modernized sub-center in Changsha.
