Rednet (Changsha): The construction of Kaifu section of Liuyang River scenic belt started recently, which is one of strategic initiatives for the promotion of Liuyang River cultural tourism. According to the construction bureau of Kaifu district,the project will begin by the end of September due to the design is completed according to plans. The south section of Binghe Road will be built firstly (North Furong Road). The 17 miles of Kaifu section of the scenic belt will be completed in the next year.
