2015年3月18日，蓝思科技在深交所的上市聚焦了全球的闪光灯。但鲜为人知的是，就在上市前夕，由于订单激增和新基地投产，3.5万的基层工人缺口成为了阻碍公司健康发展的头号拦路虎。
Lens Techonology got all the attention in Shenzhen Stock Exchange March 18, 2015. But little known is that before the eve of listed, 35,000 workers were urgently needed due to the surging orders and new base was building.
“在省工商联介入后，大概两个星期的时间，我们就从全省各个地州市招到了一万五千多名工人。”蓝思科技集团常务副总经理李晓明介绍。
"After two weeks of Hunan provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce’s intervention, we hired more than 15,000 workers from counties and towns of Hunan province," introduced Li Xiaoming, deputy general manager of Lens Techonology.

"As a private enterprise, provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce is just like home for us. Whatever our enterprise has difficulties, they will give us some guidance advice to solve them. Federation of Indusry and Commerce has played a significant role for obtaining government’s help, when enterprises have encountered emerging difficulties,"said Zhou Qunfei.
为更好地为企业解决实际困难，湖南省工商联主动与湖南经信委、商务局、检察院、高院等15个政府部门，建立了长效合作的机制，从建立多层联系制度、联合召开座谈会、联合开展调研、加强信息交流与沟通等方面开展合作，进而把为民企排忧解难真正做到了实处。
In order to solve practical difficulties for enterprises, Hunan provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce established a long-term cooperative system with other departments of Hunan government including Hunan Development & Reform Commission Bureau of Commerce, Municipal Commercial Affairs Bureu, Hunan people’s Procuratorates, etc . The jointly system strengthens the information exchange and communication cooperation for solving practical problems for private enterprises.
