French Painter Jérôme Boutterin’s Oil Painting Exhibition Held in Changsha

French painter Jérôme Boutterin’s exhibition unveiled its curtain at Meilun Art Museum of Changsha on June 15, 2016. Renowned as one of the boldest artists in contemporary French painting history, he has brought to Changsha citizens two series of his oil painting works created in recent ten years this time.

Organized by Hunan Fine Arts Publishing House and undertaken by Changsha Meilun Art Museum, the exhibition belongs to one of major activities held during the 11th Croisements Festival, which lasts from April 29th to June 29th, 2016. The program focuses on Franco-Chinese artistic collaborations. French artists who expect to draw their inspiration from Chinese life and culture were invited to participate in the festival.
