Lianyuan Kids Paint Eggs to Welcome the Start of Summer

Pupils of Qiaotouhe Central School, Lianyuan City are showcasing their painted eggs on May 2. to mark the coming Beginning of Summer (lixia). As the seventh solar term of the year, it falls on May 5th this year. Through this event, children learnt more about its origin and folk customs.
