　　The Hunan (Changsha) Prefabricated Building and Construction Technology Expo (PBCTE) 2017 opened in Changsha on November 28. National People’s Congress Environmental and Resources Protection Committee Deputy Director and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Chief Engineer Chen Yiming, Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Deputy Director Wang Kemin, and Hunan Vice Governor Yang Guangrong attended the opening ceremony.
