Jingzhou county of Hunan, China has successfully introduced a magic plant to produce green Doufu.

　　One kilo of leaves of the plant (Daphniphyllum macropodum Miq.) can be made into 8-10 kilos of green Doufu. Besides, its leaves, rich in vitamin and amino acid, can serve as raw materials of jelly and pectin. Thus this plant is a ready source of money.
