People celebrate Laba Festival，the first day of the 12th month of the Chinese lunar calendar, in Xupu County Hunan Province on January 13, by dancing and singing. Many tourists are attracted to Xupu County for its beautiful view of Yangquepo village and Xufeng Moutain.
