Hunan is vigorously promoting the construction of e-commerce demonstration bases, to implement province-ministry cooperation agreements. Hunan has 3 national e-commerce demonstration bases, and 7 provincial ones as of March 1, 2019. By 2020, Hunan will house 20 provincial e-commerce demonstration bases (industrial parks), 3 e-commerce industrial parks (each with an output value of 100 billion CNY), and 100 provincial e-commerce demonstration enterprises. Hunan’s direct employees will hit more than 400,000, and indirect ones will reach 2 million. According to the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, the three national e-commerce demonstration bases are: 1.Changsha E-commerce Industrial Park; 2.Yueyang E-commerce Industrial Park; and, 3.Yiyang Zhongnan E-commerce Industrial Park. The seven provincial e-commerce demonstration bases are: 1.Changsha High-Tech Industrial Development Zone; 2.Xiangtan High-tech Industrial Development Zone; 3.Yiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone; 4.Chenzhou Economic Development Zone; 5.Zhuzhou Lusong Apparel E-commerce Industrial Park; 6.Huaihua Economic Development Zone; and, 7.Fucheng Donggu E-commerce Technology Incubation Base. After years of progress, these bases have continuously enhanced their service capabilities and industrial development, and have exerted innovative demonstration effects. Located in Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Changsha Information Industry Park (Softwarepark) is home to a large number of e-commerce leading enterprises. Now 263 e-commerce enterprises start business here, such as Yumifang (health care and beauty care chain store), BBK E-Commerce, Friendship & Apollo Cloud Commerce, and 58.com. 58 Daojia is an ecommerce life service brand invested by 58.com. It mainly provides professional and convenient online home-delivery services for customers, such as cleaning, manicare, and moving. Person in charge of Softwarepark said that 58 Daojia is a typical representative of modern service e-commerce project and an outcome of the integration of traditional service industry and mobile Internet. It injects new vitality to traditional industries.
