March 5, 2019, marks the 56th anniversary of the “Learn from Lei Feng Day”. China’s first Leifeng Spirit-themed KFC restaurant opened in Wangcheng, Changsha, the hometown of Lei Feng, on March 4. It aims to carry forward and inherit the Leifeng Spirit. The restaurant was awarded the title of “Learn from Lei Feng Center” by the Hunan Lei Feng Memorial Hall.
