Hunan Delegation Raises 17 Motions

March 11 was the deadline for the Second Session of the 13th National People's Congress delegations to raise motions. Hunan delegation had put forward a total of 17 motions.

There were 3 regarding the formulation of laws; 13 amendments to the law; and 1 about carrying out law enforcement inspections on the implementation of the SME Promotion Law. The 13 amendments involved the law on protection of minors, the contract law, the land administration law, the villagers committee organization law, the civil procedure law, the marriage law, the law against unfair competition, and the law of higher education.
