One kiwi berry, rich in Vitamine C (80-100 times higher than that of apples and pears), can meet an adult’s daily demand of Vitamine C. Though Kiwi berry is an emerging star of fruits across China, growers hardly attempt to plant it for its thin breakable fruit skin. Mature Kiwi berry can just be maintained for three weeks or so.
