Pork price rises across China. Owing to less pork supply, in some rice noodles cookshop of Changsha, you may find no rice noodles with braised pork sold. Consumers have to order rice noodles with braised beef instead. In other cases, rice noodles with braised pork, steamed bunsor dumpling with pork have been more expensive. Current pork leg at about 50 yuan/kilo and pork ribs at about 60 yuan/kilo.
