The 6th Returned Overseas Chinese Forum kicks off in Changsha

The 6th Returned Overseas Chinese Forum was held in Changsha Sep 8. Yan Xiaopei, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy director of Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Overseas Chinese, and vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Zhi Gong Party, Zhang Jianfei, member of Hunan CPC Standing Committee　and secretary of CPC　Hunan　committee, and vice chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference， and Hu Xuｓｈｅｎｇ, chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Zhi Gong Dang.

Yan said that in recent years, the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Zhi Gong Dang held the forum for six consecutive years to help the students studying abroad to make more innovation, in order to promote the implementation of the national talent strategy for the development of Hunan's real economy by the supports from relevant departments and local governments. The forum aims at building a platform for supporting the star-ups and offering jobs for returned Chinese students. She hopes that through the forum, it will be able to widely guide the efforts of domestic and overseas forces to participate in Hunan's fight against poverty and the implementation of the "Belt and Zone" strategy, and students will play an active role in promoting national development and the peaceful reunification of China.
