Changsha Metro Line 3 to have the test run in December

According to Changsha Rail Transit Group, the first-phase construction has been completed for the main structure of 23 Changsha Metro Line 3 stations, and the remaining stations Guangsheng Station and Luohe Station will soon be completed. It is expected that Line 3 will have the test run at the end of this year and it will have officially run in early July next year.

The first phase of Changsha Metro Line 3 starts from Shantang Station of Yuelu Area to Guangsheng Station of Xingsha Area, across Yuelu Area, Tianxin Area, Yuhua Area, Furong Area, Kaifu Area, and Changsha County. The length of Line 3 is 36.415 kilometers; the average distance between two stations is 1.491 kilometers, and there are 25 stations.

According to information, the first phase of Changsha Metro Line 5 has also been completed. It is expected that Line 5 and Line 3 will have the test run and the official run at the same time.
