High-speed train goes directly from Changsha to Shantou

At 15:55 Oct 11, the high-speech train G6003 started its running from Changsha South Railway Station to the original terminal station in Shenzhen North with new stops in Shenzhen Pingshan, Shanwei, Chaoyang, and Chaoshan. At 21:58, it arrived at Shantou the terminal station. The trip takes 6 hours and 3 minutes. Before the direct running of the high-speed trains, there was only one train that took 16 hours and 37 minutes from Changsha to Shantou.
